[Scale-planning] OSCON Booth Planning

The SCALE logo, dates for the 7x show, and some general information. 
Orv Beach, SCALE  PR chair can probably put some text together and Ron
Golan, SCALE Art Chair can probably provide the necessary graphics from
last year.
