[Scale-planning] Open Source in Education Track (was Re: About the Open Data Track)

Hi Caryl,

At this point we're only able to commit to 1 room for 1 day. We'd also
still need some of the items we discussed earlier in thread to confirm
OSSIE again.

1) Track Leads (sounds like we have this)
2) A track abstract describing the audience and types of sessions you want
to see.

It'd also be great to understand how we see this complimenting other
similar tracks, like the work being done in OSSIE.
