[Scale-planning] Promoting SCALE at DTLA Mini Maker Faire

I've seen posts advertising SCALE on r/LosAngeles in years past, so yeah,
you should definitely at least post something advertising the event as it
approaches even if it's just a general announcement for potential attendees
