[Scale-planning] outreach for Youth track?

Hey Lan and Iian,

I would love to be able to come and attend, but I dont own a car, and I am
not sure about the transportation to there at that time. I can look more
into it later this week though. As for the information, I will have the
information done by the end of the work week, and was going to send those
to Ilan once I finish.
