[Scale-planning] Do we have a date for SCALE 16x ( 2018 ) yet?

Theres no embargo, but we're still working on getting the website up, CFP
published, etc.
I'd say lets wait on tweeting up a storm, but if theres calendars or groups
you think should be aware of us so as to avoid conflict we're happy to make
sure we're listed.

Our goal is to get a save the date announcement and CFP published in June.
