[Scale-planning] bad mic in 104

moin moin,

3rd from the left mic on the panel in room 104 ( Open Data ) is having
some problems. It fades in and out and noise spikes a little.

This is probably the only time it'll be used, but if it's ours it would be
good to do some testing before packing it up.
