[Scale-planning] Promoting SCALE at DTLA Mini Maker Faire

Sorry, forgot to include the relevant links.  It is a free event.  The
library is asking for registration through Eventbrite, but I think that's
really so they can have a headcount.  This is their 2nd year doing this and
they have 40+ makers lined up.
