[Scale-planning] Where is venue/parking info on SCALE website?

Thanks for the suggestions. Part of the reason I was inquiring was to give
guidance to my volunteers; some of them are day-of volunteers or commuters.

I think there may be free street parking after a certain hour, which is
helpful for folks coming after work. I will check Parkopedia or see if I
can check the street signs in the area.

Thanks,
Lan
