I think the problem is that their reservation service is somewhere far from "Pasadona" and the reps aren't very savvy about some of these things.</div><div><br></div><div>However, for others who are still waiting to make their reservations… I wouldn't wait much longer. You can always cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled check-in with no charge.
