Maybe offer an AX.25 network at the conference that we can fall back to if wifi goes down. ;-)

Yes! Definitely have a training session the day before. I know one older HAM whose 

General license has lapsed. Since he got his license a long, long time ago, he would definitely need a refresher (and some encouragement) before taking the test. He didn't even consider taking it this year.

Appears that we had lesser success with the HAM testing than we did
last year. I think that this needs more promotion, and a whole HAM
track and training the previous day to drive traffic to the testing.

We had only 12 candidates, who took a total of 17 exams.

Nobody who came in to upgrade their license passed their exam.

We had 8 new Tech licenses out of the session and one new General
class licensee out of the exam.
