Pasadena Connect Week is next week, starting on Oct 16th and continuing through the 23rd.  It's a week-long celebration of science, technology, design and entrepreneurship and there will be talks, workshops, open houses, and happy hours.  It's probably a good opportunity to recruit speakers, sponsors, and volunteers.
