Without sounding like a total n00b, who might those people be? I signed up to help with A/V (sound boards, audio support, etc), but as yet haven't heard anything from anyone about room distributions, what the specific needs are, sign up sheets for sessions, etc. (not to mention confirmation on where I'm staying!).

Am I missing something, or perhaps just fell threw the cracks? Or is that information coming next week or on-site?
