I called the hotel because I needed to update my reservation to include both the 22nd and 23rd. For a new reservation you are probably ok using the Google Doc… or maybe the Westin website?Caryl

Is the signup still via the Google Doc? Or are we supposed to call the hotel now?

Yes, I was able to get a reservation just now for both the 22nd and 23rd. I think the problem is that their reservation service is somewhere far from "Pasadona" and the reps aren't very savvy about some of these things.
 
However, for others who are still waiting to make their reservations... I wouldn't wait much longer. You can always cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled check-in with no charge. A bird in the hand...
