HI

SCALE 14x ( 2016 ) first one in Pasadena: ( as iirc )

Definitely do connect with the others as Ilan mentioned as we do have a LOT
of good SCaLE owned equipment iirc.

Q: On the schedule from scale14x I see that ballrooms I and J was used but
cant find them on the map.
A: I, J are interior rooms of the pink ballroom area. ( between room A and
H iirc )

Q: For exhibit hall was hall A and B used?
A: yes, both Expo Hall A and B were used.

Q: Do i see that right that rooms 101-105 have airwalls between them?
A: Yes iirc ( airwalls are those which you can move to make the room larger
)

Q: What room was used for command/staff
A: 205 - AV team, 207-208 press and speaker, 215 NOC, 204 ???, .. ( anyone
else recall others? )
Also, we had a registration area setup in the hall to the east of Expo Hall
A and B. We had various workstations and printers there.

Q: What area was used for noc?
A: NOC: 215

others will have to provide info on these.
Q: You said in a early email that pre-wired drops was used to connect to
the rooms. How many mdf/idf was used? What was the connect between them.
Q: Is it too early or have you all picked out what rooms will be used?

Thank You
Matti
