[Scale-planning] Promoting SCALE at DTLA Mini Maker Faire

i like the idea of telling redditors, but i agree that weekly is probably
too much this early on.  how about starting some sort of countdown to
SCaLE16x?  i think tomorrow we'll be 90 days out.
