[Scale-planning] SCALE Next Generation (Youth Track) Playground - Call for Volunteers

A quick update -

   - With amazing help from Peter Fein, 13 KOC laptops are packed and
   coming via UPS ground to California for SCALE Kids Day on Saturday, 3/4 -
   Pete packed and carried 2 boxes of 100lbs total to UPS today. They are
   scheduled to arrive Tuesday in California.
   - Tim Moody has provided an outline with details for the Edison
   tutorials and a list of equipment needed.
