[Scale-planning] Talk on the site that's cancelled?

Hi Ted, We just received his cancelation notice yesterday and just haven't
had a chance to remove it yet.  I've removed it now.

On that note, we now have an open slot for a talk around OpenData.   Anyone
have ideas?
