[Scale-planning] rooms 103 and 104 sound bleedover

sound from room 104 can overwhelm the speakers in room 103.

Some of that is due to going from quiet speakers to loud speakers. Not
much to do about that.

The wall between the rooms wasn't closed properly. I fixed it some, but
there's still a gap, so it would be nice if we can try to reset the wall
tonight after the talks.

Tom says the speakers in 104 are quieter in the front than they are in the
back, which is right next to 103. Can we balance the speakers differently
or at least reduce the difference?
