[Scale-planning] QR code in badge center, not upper right corner

After being told by just about every booth I had my badge scanned at,
that my finger was covering the QR code ... I started telling them I
will post to this list the suggestion for next year to place the QR
code in the very center, so there is never really is any way, that
either the left or right hand can cover the centered QR code.

I hope this helps next year.
