[Scale-planning] Need a way to enable better engagement through the year

How to enable better engagement with the different pro-open source people
and groups throughout the year?

Example of issue:
I will pitch people to engage in participating in SCaLE - and the person
may give me a business card asking me to remind them when the event is
"closer" ( time wise ), and or to tell them more about the event. As our
next event approaches I will quickly run short of spare cycles and thus
unable to fulfill such requests. I would like us to have something better
which will allow a better early and constant opportunity to increase
engagement opportunities.

Potential Solutions to assist:
1) Business Card sized "flyers" which gives the basics [ I plan to create
this, which we can all use ]
SCaLE
Inclusive Pitchline
Date of Next event
CFP deadline
website landing page

The idea is that it will be easy for each of us to carry a few around
should we ever need to pass out one to someone we are chatting with.
