[Scale-planning] Hotel room blocks

The Sheraton looks to be sold out on all but 3/6 and 3/10. We are working
on adding more rooms.

The Hilton still has limited availability on all SCALE nights (3/6 -
3/11). If you're looking to stay at the hotel, we strongly encourage you
to book your rooms today/tomorrow before the block expires or the rooms
get booked by others.
