If someone wants to volunteer to do that Im fine with buying them and then either tossing them or seeing if they can fit in storage. Online purchases of a 8"x6" whiteboard came out to about $400 each after tax and shipping. The challenge is we can only receive shipments at the venue for a very short window on 3/8, so someone would need to receive the delivery. We'd also have to assemble it when it arrives. Renting whiteboards used to be about $100-150 per week per board from the vendors we had in the past.
