[Scale-planning] Whiteboard Rentals

I dont have time at the moment to source one locally or deal with setup.
If someone wants to volunteer to do that Im fine with buying them and then
either tossing them or seeing if they can fit in storage.

Online purchases of a 8"x6" whiteboard came out to about $400 each after
tax and shipping.   The challenge is we can only receive shipments at the
venue for a very short window on 3/8, so someone would need to receive the
delivery. We'd also have to assemble it when it arrives.

Renting whiteboards used to be about $100-150 per week per board from the
vendors we had in the past.
