[Scale-planning] Whiteboard Rentals

we have a 10x9.5' space, and have 1x 6'7" x 23" and 5x 6'x23" carts we fit in 
it, there is _very_ little space (especially as the door is not wide enough for 
a cart to go in flat)

the monitor cart has a 3.5" x 33" tall offset from the back that something up to 
6' long could be put (I have considered putting a whiteboard there)

I suspect that a plasma cutter's heat will damage the whiteboard coating
