[Scale-planning] [Tech] Lost power power supply for Thinkpad. (RM 101/102)

There were some lost and found items. I believe I saw that they were turned over 
to the convention center.

There are two exceptions to this.

1. there was a laptop power supply left in the noc that I have (I haven't looked 
at it to try and figure anything out about it)

2. at the final dinner, someone left a scale bag with a 3x scale shirt and a 
women's small orange shirt in it. Since the orange shirts are past year tech 
shirts, I have this as well.
