Phil did some work on it this weekend and has some issues, though it was 
with Lando specifically, so it may not be related to MySQL8.

He's leaving town, but will work on it again next weekend. I'm also 
about to leave town for a bit over a week.

If he cannot make it work next weekend, we'll need to spin up MySQL 5x 
somewhere manually and run off of that for a while. I'll do that the 
week of the 28th, if he is unsuccessful.
