[Scale-planning] Volunteer for help with PR Work

Hello,

One of the things we do each year to promote SCALE is contact many of
the CS classes / professors at the SoCal Universities.
For example: UCLA, UCSB, CSUN, etc. 

Would anyone be interested in volunteering to help with this?
