[Scale-planning] Pasadena feedback

fyi -

Was originally told that the Hotel would have been up this year... ( about
1/2 block away to the East of the Conference Center where the old Macy's
was ).

They are saying that it will have about 200 rooms when it opens.

Note they did add a new hotel ( Residence Inn ) recently across from
Parsons, a bit of a walk through Old Town maybe 7 blocks or so.
