[Scale-planning] Whiteboard Rentals

Ya, a few months ago he said they no longer service LA. Something about an
employee stealing all the whiteboards during the pandemic.
He only does San Diego and SF.   I dont know what his rates in 2023 would
be but in 2019 they were $344.13 including markers and delivery.
