Who said that? I missed that comment and would like to understand it
better. Like you said, that's obviously not the intent, and if it feels
like that, we need to change things.

Yes, I think an important to make the "out of box experience" arriving at
SCALE be as good as possible and to help people be aware of all that SCALE
has to offer. A recurring theme I observed this year with people new to
SCALE was that they weren't as aware of SCALE's offerings as one might hope.
