scale-chef default branch renamed - all hosts updated

I updated the default branch in scale-chef to be `main` instead of `master`, as is the standard these days. I updated the chefctl config here: https://github.com/socallinuxexpo/scale-chef/pull/227 And updated all 4 hosts that pull from us: 3 SCALE and 1 LinuxFests.
