Thanks to a year of work by Michel, EPEL9 had mailman including the WebUI!
It's mm3 so as I recall theres a migration there, but that's ok.
I won't have time anytime soon, but we have a path too Cent9 now.
And if someone else has time before me, go for it!

Cool! mm3 is a fairly different experience, practically a new project. we might want to kick the tires before deciding on if to migrate.
