I don't think I will have much time to assist with PHP (mediocre skills notwithstanding) as I expect this will be a busy fall, but I look forward to helping the tech committee in any other way required. Intro and volunteering

Hi, My name's Juan Natera, I work as a Systems Analyst (LAMPerl), but I can do PHP as well, I wanted to volunteer to the technical committee. I have to admit having an ulterior motive though, I would like to someday help bring YAPC (Yet Another Perl Conference) to SoCal, so if you don't mind, and seeing how successful SCALE has been, I'd like to see how you do things around here. Open Positions for SCALE 5x (2007)

SCALE is currently seeking to fill the following volunteer positions for 2007: - Publicity Committee Chairperson: responsibilities include coordinating with other committee members to: issue press releases, communicate with scale-announce / scale-planning, market SCALE 4x, and ensure coverage of SCALE 4x in the media. - Sponsorship Committee Member: Over the years the number of sponsors involved with SCALE has grown significantly.
