Example of issue: I will pitch people to engage in participating in SCaLE - and the person may give me a business card asking me to remind them when the event is "closer" ( time wise ), and or to tell them more about the event. As our next event approaches I will quickly run short of spare cycles and thus unable to fulfill such requests. I would like us to have something better which will allow a better early and constant opportunity to increase engagement opportunities.
Potential Solutions to assist:
