Tossing out an idea in case someone has time/bandwidth/interest in helping make a SCALE mobile app. OSUOSL released source code for an open-source android conference application that displays speaker data, maps and schedules. If you search for the OSCON app in the market place it is based on this.

I am including links to the project page and git repo bellow in case someone has time/interest in giving a shot at porting it to SCALE.
