The big thing that we can do better this time is to get quiz questions earlier in the process. (Having extra questions that don't have a corresponding answer card will make the game a little more challenging, too.)
Do we have a complete list of Sat. speakers?
At some point we should also start bugging the sponsors for questions, too.
We are finalizing the Saturday schedules this week.

ilan, we are also going to need a dump of the exhibitor contact info and their sponsorship levels. (actually, since we are starting early and this data changes a lot, it would probably be sensible to cron us a weekly dump of both lists.)
