Hi folks,
Anyone have some spare cycles to help design some banners and buttons for
this year's show?
We have a few community members reaching out for something they can put on
their websites to promote scale.
Ideally we'd do them as 728x90 and 300x250 so we can use them for Linux New
Media's websites as well.
Some of the SCALE branding can be found here, if you'd like to give it a go:

Mikko Hypponen will be presenting. He's a good presenter. Recommend
checking it out if you are in the Berkley area.

Hi,
This looked it a great event.
There's a great number of interesting potential companies which maybe
interested in getting a sponsored booth at SCALE to help with their
recruitment efforts of pro-open source technologists.
https://www.lamayor.org/TechFairLA-Partners
If you know of any connections in those companies please let us know.
Thank You
Matti

ScaleU and Ubucon probably wont get many searches on the newspapers since
they're specific to us.
the rest seem fine though.

Hi,
Do we know anyone at Asus? Their new Tinkerboard seems like a great fit,
especially with our embedded training.
Similar question on the Belkin front. They own Linksys now and are based in
Irvine and Santa Monica areas.
Thanks,
Ilan
