Hey Lori,
Great job on Game Night. Just running through and taking pictures I had several kids trying to drag me to various activities. I also got a lot of comments on the museum being a pretty awesome throwback.
On the note of VR event. The only caveat I can foresee being an issue in the future with more the HTC Vive's setup is the lighthouses (the units that define the space) need to be isolated with curtains or the experience will be like that of you on a ship, in rough seas. We could easily do this with the same type of curtains we use to separate the conference floor from game night. Overall looking forward to the cool things we can do next.
On a side note. *@Ilan*, do you have any contact info for Value or HTC? Do you think they might be willing to sponsor game night next year by loaning us some VR equipment?
For more info on the Lighthouses see: http://gizmodo.com/this-is-how-valve-s-amazing-lighthouse-tracking-technol-1...

I did for a couple minutes to test my barcode scanner on 2.4 GHz. It connected but got intermittent timeouts so I switched to the cell network.

Hi Everyone,
I love the SCALE Museum, I took a lot of pictures of game night and
posted them on my Instagram. Love seeing such vintage stuff.
I wish we had a raffle this year like we did last year, the problem
with the raffle last year was that I could barely hear the speaker yell out the numbers. I think if we do a raffle next year, then we need some sort of screen showing the numbers that people can read, then it helps the announcer to preserve their voice, at previous Scale raffles, I could barely hear the number spoken.
I wasn't able to try the VR Realm Draw and Paint Program, it would be
nice to have more. Still I love Scale at Pasadena as we have more space, and it is fun to use those two secret rooms that aren't used for talks as game rooms.
Der.Hans, good idea about the telescope, we should have a temporary
planetarium at Game Night, that would be very fun.
Thank You
Robert

The food was good. It did not seem the usual hotel type food.
