Hi folks,
The attendee badges are printed on 8.5" x 11" badge stock. The paper is perforated and divided into six 4" x 3" cards. We use 2 cards to print the badge and the receipt, which leaves 4 blank cards. Does anyone have suggestions on what to put in those spaces? In the past, we have used the space for "Welcome to SCALE" messages, maps, raffle tickets, and QR codes for the Guidebook app. _______________________________________________ Scale-planning mailing list Scale-planning@lists.linuxfests.org https://lists.linuxfests.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/scale-planning

I think Bala wants a note saying "SCaLE does not offer parking validation". There was quite a bit of confusion last year as attendees were used to getting discounted parking at the hotels via SCALE the last 10~ years we were at the Hilton LAX/Westin LAX.

I too have a question on parking. It’s my first year volunteering. Is there different or preferred location for volunteers or should we park with everyone else?
Thanks,

Lei,
On Thur/Fri include an ad for the BV party at CastleGreen with a map for how to get there?
For attendees checking in on Sat/Sunday we could replace with different content.
