I have reached out to a contact at OpenNASA to suggest such a talk.  She said to check back in late September as they appear to be in the middle of some reorganization.   I know NASA has some stuff on GitHub now and I have recruited a speaker for one of the projects, OpenMCT, to submit to the Call for Papers.  Actually, I publicized it to the open source fans at work, so I hope more of them will submit this year.
